"CR Smith high quality as you would expect"

CR Smith being a big name gave the the confidence that the experience and quality of work would be completed would be of a high standard. My pre-sales and installation experience was very good and exactly as I would have expected. I had to have my installation date changed a couple of times and while this was not a problem in itself the impersonal experience of contacting the office and being bounced around departments and put on hold was not the best. This is the reason for not 5*

Installed new windows on the 4th April absolutely over the moon the guys that came couldn't fault them at all got there breakfast for them and really amazing and great at there job tidying up there name are dale and Scott I like to thank them for the lovely job they have done such a pleasure having them doing my windows thank you Maureen taylor

The team arrived on time and completed the work quickly and efficiently. No mess whatsoever, as they tidied up as they worked and laid dust sheets to protect the floor. All packaging also removed. Could not really ask for any more.

We had double doors fitted by an experienced fitter, Wayne, from CR Smith. He arrived promptly and took all procedures to protect our floors and property. He worked diligently and did a wonderful job He was friendly and helpful and nothing was a problem. We’re very pleased by the finished work and would highly recommend

Only complaint sales person didn't put correct information on order form which resulted in a delay of about a month
Had to contact company to rearrange a surveyor after he couldn't complete work at the first visit I feel the company should have contacted me to rearrange
