I've had to reach out to support multiple times, with each offer issue taking around two to three weeks to reslove. If the parties are using some AI to do their job for them, it's not doing well; and if a human's behind them instead, better due diligence, please. Kashkick hosts your offers on their platform, and they have a reputation to their users to uphold. Each issue I had was ultimately solved with screenshots I took within a day of providing them. Against the amount of time taken to get to those points, it leaves the impression that either aren't as eager to try again readily. I'll stay around to continue reviewing and hope things improve where they can.
