So frustrating. I wont be playing again after I cash out, if I ever do. The holds get LONGER AND LONGER the more you play. I downloaded Taylor's secret. My 1st cash award pending 3 days. 2nd cash award pending 5 days. 3rd cash award now pending 10 DAYS!!!! They truly don't want to pay out which is why the long hold. I spent real life money thinking in a few days I'd get it back when I could cash out but now it's 10 DAYS. I've already had several cash outs and should be trustworthy at this point. There is NO reason for 10 DAYS. I'll go back to mistplay where you can cash out instantly.

Customer service is by far the best I have ever experienced on any rewards or gaming app.response time was great and their level of understanding and compassion was the best example of true human response and genuine appreciation for membership that I could ever have imagined to find.i have earned quickly and substantially more than with any other money making rewards app amd it's been so fun and seamlessly smooth interactions with payout and resolutions to any of my questions

They just want traffic on their site but they didn't give you any surveys after earning one dollar it's 24 hours and they didn't find any suitable surveys for me

There are issues with getting a credit refunded. I’ve reached out with photos to prove that something was not correct and there is a lot of back and forth asking for more information and details that are difficult to get answered. It’s been really frustrating and it’s still not resolved. In short- the customer service is lacking and they’re confusing when it comes to helping you. It feels like a scavenger hunt with no positive result.
