Ordered a pair of 'Idealist' 12" square planters in grey for bay trees I'd recently bought. I'd originally seen them on a well known online market place that shares its name with a South American jungle. Went on Getpotted's own website - lo and behold they were pots cheaper (see what I did there?). Plus, there was an additional 10% discount! Arrived two days after ordering, securely boxed, supported inside by foam Inserts. The bay trees look really smart now they've been repotted and the weathered grey colour compliments the slate grey drive. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and saved me untold time and grief aimlessly trekking around garden centres!

"It never should be this hard to return an item."

I wrote about six mails to which they never responded in a span of ten days (but they sent me marketing mails in the meantime).
I ordered through their site and received my order about five days later, so ten days after I paid, it was a present and I needed it on time so I had to reorder through amazon. Now the next thing to do is a return and on their website it says that you need to contact them in order to do that, but as I said they never responded. I get that it's Christmas time, but I fear they won't get me a refund if 30 days pass.
