"Great experience versus competitors!"

I was a bit hesitant ordering from GetPotted for no other reason than I’d never used them before or heard much about them. I came across their store on Amazon while looking for some large planters to replace some old wooden ones that are falling apart and because of the sizes I needed, it was a good chunk of change I was expecting to spend (any gardener knows how expensive pots can be!). I spoke to Marina on their customer service team via message centre on Amazon to clarify about delivery as I’m a London postcode, they confirmed they would deliver direct instead of using a third party and were prompt with replies. Instead of buying via Amazon, I decided to go direct to their site and ended up getting a better price as they had a sale on. What a bonus!

A few days after I ordered, I got a missed call and a text from Daniel on their team to arrange direct delivery which was easy and straight forward via text. They arrived in good time and the driver was really nice, didn’t pressure me to hurry when checking the pots for damage before signing. Because it was direct delivery packaging was minimal which was great - I’ve ordered from so many other places and get stuck with so much packaging that won’t fit in my bins/recycling. There was zero damage to the pots so was very happy.

Everyone I encountered from GP was really nice and helpful. From start to finish, it was a really good experience and I will absolutely order from them again.
