I recently purchased a car from Big Box Cars and traded in my car at the same time. Darren was so wonderful to deal with. Nothing was a problem, even though I probably had at least a thousand questions and must have looked at the car at least 20 times. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the car I purchased, and I was very happy with the trade price I received as well. Everyone I spoke to there was so helpful and friendly and Amanda was so lovely and organised insurance for the car straight away. Darren even filled up the fuel tank before I drove the car away and I have never had that experience before! I can recommend Bigboxcars as their staff were friendly and informative, and they provided upfront honesty regarding the quality of my car before I completed the purchase. I give due credit to both Rob and Rachel with their level of friendliness and outstanding customer service. I was able to walk away with my car on the same day that I decided to purchase the car. It would have been 5 stars out of 5 stars if I could have been able to negotiate the price of the vehicle I purchased and the PPSR report showed my car was a rental as opposed to being one owner. But I will definitely be looking to Bigbixcars for my next car purchase!
