I have found Allen Computer Services to be responsive at all levels, albeit my personal level is very low as far as technology is concerned, which is precisely why I have been very pleased with their service which is always delivered with a great deal of patience along with speedy delivery.
I don't recall however ever having a cup of tea provided so perhaps there is an elite group of customers.
