I bought a new PC from this shop and everything was done quickly and smoothly, the quality is wonderful and everything was so easy to get sorted! Brilliant service from this company, when I needed help with my old PC last year Tom came out and got me back up and running, then I hit a few more problems which he remotely resolved for me but I knew I would have to update my old system in the near future. That time came at the beginning of October and I now have a new refurbished PC base unit with data and applications transferred from my old one along with Windows 10 and a new printer. It was made so easy for me by the team at Allen CS and I shall use them all the time from now on. Wonderful guys!

Then more recently Tom Axe transferred everything from our old outdated computer to a new PC, upgraded it to Windows 10 and personalised it to meet our needs. Polite, prompt and informative and I feel good value for the work done.

Importantly, they were considerate of my personal information such as passwords and made me feel at ease without reeling off loads of jargon therefore making me feel that I still had control over the decisions that the customer has to make.

Be mindful that, as careful as they were, computers are meant to be discarded and for you to buy a new one, and therefore it could not be helped that the screw covers on the screen frame had dimples in them due to the need to remove them for the work to be done, but this was the only thing I noticed (apart from the lap top working perfectly afterwards thanks to their work!)
I do recommend them.

I took my PC to Allen Computer Service as I had a software problem and for a hardware upgrade. Tom was really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. All was done in a couple of days and Tom gave me a lot of good advice. Had a small problem a few days later of which Tom sorted out remotely in just a few minutes. Extremely happy with everything.

My 5 year old laptop had become very slow so I booked a service to clean it up to try and squeeze a bit more life out of it. Tom explained what the problem was (in language I could understand ;-)) and offered solutions. In the end, in the space of 24 hours, and for slightly more than the cost of a service, I have a solid state drive with a 5 year warranty and a laptop that runs quickly.
