"I’m in the middle of selling my wife’s garage kept car"

I’m in the middle of selling my wife’s vehicle that’s garage kept and gets driven approximately 50 miles a year. All maintenance has been kept up with by the book. Here’s my issue, I think they are a legit company and their customer service is awesome. However, because I was off 3000 miles on the odometer they took off an ungodly amount, then, they had us take pics from these weird angles and came back with it has minor scratches on it that you could never see with the eye. This is the part I think they get a little crooked with. I’m the type of person that believes in being honest about everything. I’m going to find a professional that I can send the same pics to and see if they can find the scratches. The vehicle looks brand new it’s been carnage kept, tires have less the 8k on them. If I find out they lied, I’m through, if they’re telling the truth, I’ll revise my review. I went from an offer of $25,200 to $24,000. This is the only part where I think they’ll lose customers in the future other than that they’re legit. I don’t have to sell so that does put me in a different situation. I try to look at both sides. Very nice people but one thing I don’t like it, try to con me and we are over, I’m not saying they are. I’ll find out today. I will have to say they followed up with my concern however, didn’t do anything about it. Make sure you get what you want at the beginning

Says I was pre approved only for them to keep running my credit multiple hits at checkout and it's coming back telling me it's not approved and to try again.Called the 1800 number sales lady was lazy and barely wanted to help This company also post Fake good reviews to cover up the Real reviews..They will soon be investigated and sued for false marketing

I was looking at a truck that is 10 years old for $26,000 first they told me I was approved and I could only put $500 down then they ran my credit again and said it was $1000 down Then they ran my credit again and said it would be $1800 down then they ran my credit again and it said it would be $5000 down and my payments would be around 750 a month with a credit score of 767 anyway we did not buy from them because they’re full of shit and they don’t tell you the truth they tell you a bunch of lies so we went to the local dealership here in Lake Charles, Louisiana Got a 2020 GMC Sierra 1500 fully loaded with 4 x 4 for 35,000 with the interest rate of 6.79% with a monthly payment of $650 a month with zero down
