Marco was a huge help in getting a car I've been looking for a car for the past year or so everywhere I went they didn't really care too much to help me and then Marco got me a car within 2 hours after calling him and got me financed and approved. Approved. He really works hard to make sure you get approved and he doesn't stop until you get the car that you want. Honestly the best experience I've ever had buying anything, especially a car. "Out of State Purchase "

We worked with Driveway to purchase a vehicle out of state that was being held at a dealership in NJ. It was going to be cheaper to fly out and drive the car 12 hours home to the state we live in. Being that we were making a somewhat blind purchase we relied heavily on driveway to confirm that the vehicle met all of our expectations before making the flight. They said this particular vehicle was in great condition. No stains, scratches, or dents. It was Honda certified so it should have met that criteria. After many hurdles to complete the sale we flew to NJ. Upon arrival, the car had scratches above every door handle, multiple small dents in the exterior, big scratches on the back bumper and a very bad stained interior roof. These are things that could’ve been taken care of with a proper interior and exterior detail which the dealership obviously didn’t do, even though they said they did.
Overall driveway and the dealership misinformed us of the vehicle’s condition which was very frustrating to us. Driveway upper management did make it right and offered us a credit to have the car detailed in our hometown. We are thankful they made it right in that way.
Driveway also needs to be more aware of the people they are hiring. I had to ask multiple times what the driveway representative meant in a text message because he was “typing too fast”. Poor grammar, incorrect spelling, and on the phone he was quite disrespectful and rude. We are not pleased with the customer service.
