He was there until the very end! He was kind, considerate, and very, very patient! I had a lot of leads out there and he came through with what I really wanted and needed! If you need someone to find YOUR special car, Ryan is the guy to talk to! I will most definitely keep passing the word along to other people who are in need! "This company totally scammed me"

This company totally scammed me! I bought a Mercedes from driveway a year ago and when it came to me, it had a dent in the left light! When I asked them about it and to replace it, they said that’s why it was such a good deal??

Then for my annual DMV inspection, it failed because the indicator light system and horn didn’t work! The light dent had to be replaced that only Mercedes can do for $3100 and it has to be programmed through wiring which effects the horn is an additional $2000!!! Driveway sold me a car AS IS with 5k worth of repairs that I’m not even able to drive because the car will only fail inspection!!! When I called them, they said they can’t help me. Beware!! This business is terrible!!

A really great experience from beginning to end. Every Driveway employee who reached out was very friendly and helpful and communication within their team was great so that everyone knew what progress of my interactions with driveway.

"A long process"

My offer got stuck in their system for a few days after switching from a trade-in quote to selling only, but the first gentleman on the phone was very helpful and finally got everything started. Unfortunately, it took the entire rest of that week for the paperwork to get sent out, at which point I had to leave out of town as I warned them and paid $90 out-of-pocket for UPS to forward it to the other side of the country. UPS proceeded to take the entire following week for that "next day air" to actually deliver. I was surprised I also needed to notarize it, an additional cost, but luckily I was already dropping it back off at a UPS Store with those services. It took the entire third week, including Driveway rescheduling once, before their agent picked up the car, showing up slightly early and without calling first. My bank does not support instant payments, so I'm expecting it to be a few more days before I get my money. Basically, nothing happened as smoothly as they said it would, whereas Carmax would hand over a check the very same day, but Driveway offered the highest amount on a rapidly depreciating Tesla, so I still appreciate it.

Hey everyone. Ok here's my experience with SELLING my truck to driveway. They gave me the highest online offer from 3 didfernt companies. I didn't trust it at first. I didn't trust it through the whole process to be honest. But the people walked me through each step. First it was SIMON. He walked me through the process. Then it was AMANDA. She helped me with the paperwork stuff. Last it was TAYLOR. She helped me finalize the sale. They were all super informative with all my questions. They picked up my truck and got paid via ACH payment to my bank. It got there the next day and send me a copy that they sent the money. I let them take the truck still wondering if I got scamed. Welp, I didn't. They paid me. Everything was smooth and they kept me up to date along the whole way. Super informative. They tell you all the details. Answer all your questions. That's how a company needs to train their employees. Profesional and determination to make the customer feel safe along the whole process. I didn't trust it... but like I said in this review. It was all good and im happy I went through with them. This is a real review no bs. For anyone wanting to sell ur vehical to them. Easy process. Safe. You'll get paid. Thanks yall!!
