"Refund nowhere to be seen"

Cancelled the order before it was dispatched, cancellation email stated refund will be processed in 5 working days. Has been almost a month and nothing. Have sent emails chasing it up but no response at all not even an acknowledgment it's being looked into. Terrible service and still not received the refund or any comms.

I had previously ordered a bidet toilet and it was perfect, fast delivery and everything was fine, however, the second bidet toilet was not fit for the space we had intended, therefore requested a return.

As the boxes had been recycled, Bathso initially stated that I was a valued customer and would see what they could do, however when speaking to the manager, I was advised that the toilet could not be resold as not in original packaging. I was signposted to Creavit, the supplier to see if they could support.

I contacted Creavit in Turkey, explaining the situation, as my thinking was it would be less expensive to have the boxes shipped over, than lose £817.

I was signposted to Creavit in the UK who said it would be fine to return the toilet and arrangements would be made for collection, however despite text messages, no response.

Therefore I have a toilet that I don’t want. Very poor customer service and response from both Bathso and the supplier.

I have tried to be very patient before adding the review to Trust Pilot, however since purchasing the toilet in May/ June its been long enough.

I bought a toilet from them and the 1st was cracked. They made me pay for a replacement tank and because the base was already fitted I had no choice . The 2nd was also cracked and the 3rd had an exterior crack which we have had to fit and so far it’s ok. They are very helpful when it goes wrong but it cost me a lot extra and they refused to refund me .

Top marks! I was seeking a new Vanity cabinet by Vitro.

I found this on Bathso's website. Called ( call was answered promptly, Traemar trading) but confirmed they had one in stocks.

Placed order and delivered a week later.

Be aware not all suppliers are this good! I also this on victorian plumbing

Then I read their trust pilot reviews!

They suggest product is in stock on website then send you email days later that is on backorder.

3 out of ten for the actual product. Creavit made installation difficult when installing the flush components. Instructions would have helped and a slightly large cistern tank to allow hands to work inside to fot the flushing mechanism
