Got my proper order as always which is rare when u buy fragrance oils from companies but this one is perfect every time and the fast delivery is amazing

Ordering from Ireland was a bit of a nightmare as the euro price changed from when I put items in the basket to when I tried checking out. Box of wax went from 63 euro to 76. Also the advertised delivery charge of 9.95 changed to 15.95 at checkout no matter what I put in the basket. Eventually ordered via invoice not the website (and was charged the higher price on wax and delivery) When the box arrived the bottom was split so the delivery driver placed it upside down not realising a sample bottle of fragrance was taped to the outside of the box. 22kg of weight was too much for the bottle and it split, spilling the contents on to my hall floor. I emailed Candlestuff to let them know to use stronger tape and informed them what had happened. They offered to replace the sample on my next order
