I am a new customer to Rumpala, and a new customer to any design services at all. I was very concerned about the process and the cost of having anything custom-designed.
I was delighted by their willingness to listen to my concerns, to respond to my requests in a timely way
The project manager was attentive and responsive, and the five different designs helped me to know whether I was hitting my targets.
Overall, completely satisfied. Delighted, even.

"Horrible experience..."

Horrible experience.... No refund given after they gave me a design that I wasn't happy with. I had to send them a design because they didn't know how to create it. Took them 4 months to create something that I had sent them and they still couldn't make it to a professional standard or appealing in anyway. Started ignoring my messages and phone calls. This company deserve to be shut down. Contacted trading standards.
