We gave this review=ew one star, but it really does not even warrant that rating! We decided to give this company a go. We got the best rate offered to design a logo. However, their designs are totally lacking any form of imagination. It appears they copy cheap/free logos and call this their own design concepts. We asked for changes and they sent the same consistent comic style logo that we were not interested in. We sent an email to state our dissatisfaction, which has so far been ignored. We asked for a refund. It’s been ignored. One thing that we will state is that they are a good advert for their competitors. They are quick to chase you for the business, but the follow up is poor once the money is taken and there is zero attention to detail and a total lack of imagination and flair at designing a logo! They rank as the worst experience in marketing that we have encountered in over 20 years of dealing with marketing designs. Despite highlighting for changes, they continued to send revised concepts in the same style. So the only recommendation is to stay well clear! We doubt whether we will get a refund that was requested as they are just not up to the job. The old saying is - better the devil you know and don't even look at wasting your time with this company as they just don't listen or do the job you ask.
