Since the collapse of Porter Davis, life has been full of stress and anxiety. Dealing with the insurance, new builders to take over work etc has taken its toll especially for the inexperienced. Today I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Michael from Buildspect at my site to do a defects inspection as part of my VMIA claim. Michael was brilliant, he took the time to explain the process, went over in detail all my identified defects, took plenty of photos and was very personable throughout the experience.
