"Terrible Experience all round"

Dreadful communication and total lack of Customer Service. Been waiting since Sept/Oct for a simple policy to be sent to me - Landlord Insurance. Chased and chased, can't speak to anyone on the phone and emails are often left unanswered for ages.
Really poor from a supposedly big name in the Insurance market - avoid if possible.

I dealt with Ellen Weir, she was knowledgeable & competent. She took time to make sure all the information I gave was necessary for the cover I required as a landlord. The initial quote was higher than I expected, so Ellen reviewed other companies & a favourable quote was purchased. Ellen was polite & courteous throughout.

Here communication was excellent, and I knew exactly what was going on.She has a friendly, approachable manner, and made something as mundane as buying insurance a lot more enjoyable. I wish all people I speak to on the phone were half as nice.
