"Terrible Experience all round"
Dreadful communication and total lack of Customer Service. Been waiting since Sept/Oct for a simple policy to be sent to me - Landlord Insurance. Chased and chased, can't speak to anyone on the phone and emails are often left unanswered for ages.
Really poor from a supposedly big name in the Insurance market - avoid if possible.
