I ordered a couple of property reports for my child and paid for them. I didn’t check my credit card statements and later found that they were charging me $20 per month without authorization for a “volume” discount which is ridiculous since I didn’t need any more reports. They quickly gave me a partial refund and I didn’t pursue it any further.

I requested to look up records. Not realizing the total would be $17.00, but I paid it. Twice now I have been charged $20.00 for what I am told is a “volume discount” which I never requested. . 3 times I have asked for a refund. I’ve gotten one refund! Very disappointed in this company!
