This was the first time I've ever searched for property records. When I found your site I thought it was the official Mississippi government site for Desoto County. If this is stated somewhere I did not notice it. Charge for the report was confusing. What I saw was a $1 charge for a report. Then it gave me a choice to have a pdf copy. So I clicked that and it popped up as requiring $20 for it. I declined. Then I was surprised to receive an email with the pdf report. I did not want any subscription. Then my bank contacted me that someone had placed a $20 charge on my credit card which was declined. When I contacted our county website I discovered that they were not the ones charging me and that reports were free from them. So I had to find your website again and get things straightened out. The Chat representative was very understanding and closed my account. All in all it was confusing and time consuming.
