I discovered I had twice been charged a $20 subscription without my knowledge due to the website automatically signing me up for a recurring payment despite selecting that I only wanted a single report. I contacted the company on their website and they assured me they'd refund me the $40 within 5 minutes of talking with them.

Although I feel slighted by the recurring charge, I am very appreciative of their quick resolution and their quality property report.
