I was a 1-time user and accidently discovered that I was apparently enrolled in an ongoing membership that was recently charged. How I became enrolled for n ongoing charge I don't know.
Regardless the chat re3presentative on the website (Ryan) expeditiously honored my request for immediate cancellation and refund of my recent charged payment - no issues!
This prompt action far exceeds my other experiences of a similar type.
BTW - the original information I sought was easily obtained

Very misleading website and false advertising. You get fooled into thinking you have paid but they keep increasing the cost and then finally they want you to pay monthly and start charging you if you don't see their hidden box not to get monthly charged that you have to call and cancel or they keep billing you. imagine how much they make by all the people that miss their hidden opted out box!!! Go elsewhere its very suspicious and fraud like site.
