I was skeptical about using this service because it seemed I was required to pay for a month when I only wanted 1 report. However, I was given clear instructions on how to cancel my subscription and was able to cancel immediately after I got my report for without any additional charge beyond $1 for my single report. The cancellation was easy and instantly granted even though my transaction was at 8:30 p.m.

Andy and Christine were so very quick to respond. I had to pull my property taxes quickly and left a voice mail. I was advised that someone would touch base within 24-48 hours. TWO HOURS LATER (maybe less) Andy from customer service responded and forwarded my request to Christine who IMMEDIATELY HAD what I needed sent to me. The most remarkable team and customer service! THANK-YOU!!!
