I needed some information for my taxes and per what I saw online was to be a $1.00 charge. When I got my statement I not only was charged $1.00, but also $20.00. When you check out there must be something that signs you up for a monthly service. Pay attention. I was not aware of this, or did not see it checked. I went to their site and cancelled, and paid the $20.00 idiot tax. Now received my next credit card statement and was charged again $20.00. I notified my credit card company and also went to their site and this time selected the chat. Spoke with Ashley, and she was great! She cancelled for me and credited my account. They provide a good service, be careful if you are only needing a one time lookup and not wanting to have a monthly service. On the other hand if you goof up, their customer service is very good, just make sure to chat with someone. Don't try to cancel on your own.
