CoolUtilsCom worked incredibly well, and incredibly fast. I needed to convert eml files to pdf and I had never done it before, so I was expecting the process to take several minutes, but each of my files was converted in a matter of seconds. Each took from 2-4 seconds. that is super fast! I love this app and it's FREE to use on the internet!!!!!!! What's not to love? I higly recommend it. Sam McCrea

Update: After several attempts to contact Coolutils and finally putting in a review here, Coolutils contacted me and told me I was getting a refund and asked that I change my review on this site. They, Coolutils never answered any of my questions, why the program didn't work if they were still in business and never provided an resolution to my problem. All they did was provide me my refund with no explanation? Thanks for that! I replied back to them to ask why I couldn't use this program and why they were asking me to upgrade and spend money? No answer. Sooo, I will still give them a poor rating. I gave them 1 star for providing me my refund.



Is company still in business? I have tried multiply times to contact them with no response...... Does anyone know if this company is still in business? Any help would be greatly appreciated. The company's phone number hasn't been in service for quite awhile. A recording keeps saying technical difficulty, please try again.

Can't figure out how to work the software. It is not user friendly and no one answers the 800 help line. Don't buy this software. BTW is not https....yes the download is unsecure.

PDFCombine is just what I need for combining over 600 pages of songs and AT THE SAME TIME, writing a clickable index to all the songs.
A couple of queries were sorted out within the hour.
Why can't all sofware companies behave like this? Adobe?

Ich möchte hiermit eine warnung an alle aussprechen, die sich diese software kaufen möchten. Der grund ist, das die lizenz verfällt, wenn man die lizenz von einem auf den anderen rechner transferieren möchte. Dieses kann man genau 1x tun. Sollte man beispielsweise weil einem der rechner kaputt gegangen ist die lizenz auf einem anderen rechner freischalten, dann gaht das nicht mehr. So zumindest ist es mir ergangen, der support sagt nun dann habe ich pech gehabt, die lizenzsierung eines rechners kann nachträglich nicht mehr geändert werden. Die lizenz ist somit wertlos weil diese nicht mehr funktioniert. Soetwas nenne ich glatten betrug, schwierig natürlich nachträglich sein geld zurück zu fordern. Also garnicht esrt auf diesen trick hereinfallen.

I had to convert a few .HPGL files to .PDF, and after trying a few other sites with no result, this one actually did the trick!
I'd like to add money well spent, but since it's free, it's even better!

Keep in mind that after 12 months you will need to buy a new registration key, otherwise you will not be able to use the program. The company does not tell you about it. Be careful.

Highly recommended! I tested the Thunderbird Converter and was impressed and found a number of other utilities that I can use so bought the Gold Bundle. The products I've used so far do a great job very quickly. I ran into one hiccup with the Thunderbird Converter and support was very responsive and fixed the issue quickly.
