Tried to buy some towels. Waited 11 days without getting a dispatch email, sent a message to customer services and then my order was cancelled and refunded.

"Tried to get in contact 4 times to return - no one ever got back to me"
Horrible customer service - I wanted to return a sheet and pillow case set I bought as the material was thin and a bit scratchy. I emailed and used the chat 4 separate times to initiate a 'free-return' but didn't hear back and wasn't responded to. I would avoid this store. I also found it very misleading that it wasn't in the UK despite it being a UK domain, it was clear from the packaging it was from overseas.

"Delivery never showed up"
Ordered some bedding over 2 weeks ago, never received a shipping email and the order has not showed up. I've contacted customer service on several platforms and received no response. Would avoid this company at all costs

"Customer service non existent"
Although my item has finally arrived and is in perfect condition and is great quality.. it seems that customer service is non existent within the company. After nine days of no update, I emailed to ask about my order. I received no response and it was a further five days before the parcel arrived. If you're willing to wait two weeks for an expensive bedding set then go ahead.

"Bad packaging"
The parcel I received from ocoza was torn open and the inside wrapping was ripped plus two items missing. I have contacted the company by email including photos. There was no response at all then I sent a second email and still heard nothing. That is most unprofessional not replying. The parcel was very badly packaged by the company which has cause this problem. I will never buy anything from ocoza.

"An excellent product but the wait is long"
I first experienced microgel pillows in a hotel in Thailand and decided that I had to get them. I searched online in the UK and they were only available from Ocoza or Amazon. The price on the latters website was higher so I decided to purchase from Ocoza. Delivery according to Ocoza was to be within 5 to 7 working days. After nothing turned up within the 7 working days I had to contact Ocoza which is in Germany. I came to learn from them that the pillows are made by a company in Turkey and shipped out from there. Well, eventually the pillows arrived on the 5th of May which was like 7 extra working days later than usual. Perhaps Ocoza should not give customers false hopes and change their shipping time to 15 working days. I am on the other hand very satisfied with the pillows. They are costly but they are heavenly to sleep on. I would highly recommend these pillows, they are worth the wait.

"Disappointed"
The first delivery date I was given wasn't accurate. Then a message came staying item out of stock and will send when in stock, in a couple of days time. Date of delivery came and went. After sending two emails I finally got the item. Packaging was very nice but rather than the extra gifts I would have preferred a better quality tablecloth.

"Review of Sateen & Plain Finish Bedlinen"
Chose to purchase following social media advertising and promotional period in Dec 2022 (system will not allow me to enter correct date and Ocoza had a technical issue with reviews being left at the time of purchase)
Very pretty colours (chose the mint and cream) in the sateen finishes, although also ordered in the plain cotton. Returned the plain cotton versions as they were not particularly nice or anything special.
Faultless and speedy return process on the items I returned with a prompt refund.
Nice product although not overly luxurious as I had expected them to be and more mid-range bedding products.
Have yet to use the products as the colours are for Summer
Was sent incorrect initial on free face cloth. Raised with Ocoza's customer service team who were less than pleasant and who advised me that their system picks up the last name on the order and that I should ensure I requested the initial I wanted (eg. first name) with my next order. Rather presumptuous on their part that I would be ordering more items.
It would have had a much more pleasant experience if the customer service team had simply sent out 1 x face cloth (these must be churned out in volume for all their customers so not a high ££ to Ocoza) with the correct initial. Found customer services to be rather chippy with their responses.
