Not so good customer service but…
I have been in contact with this company since August (3 months ago). I gave them access to my bank account and sent them transactions balance they asked for (due to "know your customer"). They never get back!
After givning up and rating them I received a call from a nice gentleman called “Niaz” who resolved my issue. Had I received this treatment from the beginning had I gave them five stars.

Hr skickat pengar till Thailand. Det var inte stor summan men det dröjer mer än 24 timmar när de gör reklam att det kan ta tid inom 24 timmar. Men det brukar ta några sekunder. När man ringde till kundtjänst på lördag när de står att det ska vara öppet frpb kl 12-16.00. Då fick man välja vad man behöver hjälp med men tryckte på många olika siffror verka inte att någon kommer att svara på telefonen👎🏻
Då använder jag wise eller Remitly istället.

I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding my recent experiences with galaxy money transfer service, customer service is un professional and verification processes have been extremely disappointing after sending money they asked me documents after 3 days and I have to wait for 2 days in order to activate the transaction, I will not come to use again and I don’t recommend any one to use Galaxy money transfer !!

Man vet inte vart man ska börja. Jag har skickat pengar och sedan ville återkalla pengarna pga att mottagare inte kunde hämta ut pengarna. Först det tar så lång tid att hantera ärendet, och för andra de säger att det kommer att ta 3-4 arbetsdagar att få pengarna, jag fick inte pengarna tillbaka, jag ringde och de sa att de menade att pengarna kommer tillbaka från Marocko tar 3-4 arbetsdagar "ren lögn" för man skickar pengarna i efterhand när pengarna har betalats ut, och de sa att det tar 3-4 arbetsdagar att betala ut till min bank, 5:e dagen pengarna har inte kommit in jag ringer och en medarbetare säger jag ser att du kommer få pengarna i ditt konto imorgon. Jag väntade 2 dager. Pengarna har inte kommit in. Jag ringer och han säger pengarna behöver 2 dager men fortfarande jag har inte fått tillbaka pengarna. Irriterande är det minsta man kan säga. 😡😡😡😡

Firstly, I would like to emphasize the lack of training given to your female agents and some of your male agents. It has become evident through multiple interactions that they are inadequately prepared to handle customer inquiries. Their behavior borders on being outright impolite, which is unacceptable given their role as representatives of your company. I believe that proper training should be implemented to ensure that all agents are equipped with the necessary skills and manners to provide efficient and respectful service.
Furthermore, I have experienced instances where promises were made by your agents that could not or would not be fulfilled. This has caused significant inconvenience and frustration on my part. It is essential for a company like Transfer Galaxy to uphold its commitments and avoid making false promises to its customers. I request that you address this issue promptly and take measures to ensure that such occurrences are minimized or eliminated altogether.
As a customer, it is disheartening to encounter these problems when relying on your services. I expect professionalism and reliability from a company like Transfer Galaxy. However, my recent experiences have fallen short of these expectations.
In light of the aforementioned concerns, I kindly request that you take immediate action to rectify these issues so no customer has to wait almost 6 months for a solution (notice still not solved) like me. Furthermore specifically, I would appreciate if you:
1. Provide comprehensive training programs for your female agents to enhance their customer service skills and improve their professionalism.
2. Take steps to prevent your agents from making promises they cannot fulfill, thereby avoiding unnecessary disappointment and inconvenience for your customers.
Additionally, I would appreciate regular updates regarding the progress made in addressing these concerns. It is important to me that Transfer Galaxy demonstrates accountability and takes the necessary steps to improve the quality of its services.
I trust that you will take my complaint seriously and resolve these matters at the earliest convenience. Failure to do so may lead to me exploring alternative service providers that can meet my expectations.

"Very bad and unprofessional customer service"
I've been using TransferGalaxy since 2021 and never had a probelem with sending money and family memebers receiving money.
This all changed when this past Saturday I sent money to a family member and there were problems with them receiving it. I called multiple times and every time I get different stories or excues from the customer service. They are very unprofessional. Today I called to get my money refunded and was told it would take 1-2 weeks. I asked to receive a conformation mail that my money will be refunded and what I get to hear is that they don't work like that and afterwards the employee hung up on me
Very unprofessional customer service that do not know what they are doing.

Allt går bra elektronisk men om du behöver kontakta kundtjänst kommer det att dröja i min situation 1 månad utan att få svar.
Jag ringer till kundtjänst och berättar hela detaljer i ärendet och kundtjänsten varje gång fråga om någon dokument sedan fick lov att de kommer att svara mig om tio minuter från en annan kollega som blev inte som de lovar.
Jag väntar nu deras svar för mer än en månad sedan.
Jag ska inte prata om information begära ut eftersom jag förstår att den var viktigt för att bekämpa penningtvätt.
Jag rekommenderar inte transfer galaxy. WU är mer professionella även om den är dyrare.

"Deplorable Customer Service and Unscrupulous Practices"
I wanted to help my nephew in Turkey, who was a student facing a tough situation and needed money quickly due to the ongoing lockdown. I sent the money, hoping it would provide the urgent assistance he needed. Unfortunately, things didn't go as planned. Even though I sent the money on March 1st, he never received it.
I attempted to reach out to their customer support through both email and phone, but to my disappointment, I received no response to my emails. When I called, I encountered unhelpful and rude female agents who seemed to lack any understanding of good customer service. Their responses only left me frustrated and drained, and it felt like a dead end.
As of today's date, August 17th, 2023, I'm still grappling with this issue, trying to recover the money that never reached my nephew. It's been a long and frustrating journey, and I feel compelled to share my experience. I strongly advise against using this service. My impression is that they exploit their position and falsely present themselves as a modern alternative to established services like Dahabshiil. However, their lack of integrity and willingness to take shortcuts are clear indicators that they should be avoided at all costs.
