Great sandals. I am a ladies size 9 and to have such a beautiful choice of footwear was amazing. They are really comfortable, the sole is very springy and supportive. The order was fulfilled quickly. I would highly recommend.

"Disappointing Service and Delay"

I ordered, and paid for, Gumbie sandals weeks ago.
They still haven’t arrived.
I keep getting emails to ask me to rate Gumbies on Trustpilot. I sent a reply that I didn’t want to review yet as I wanted to give the company a chance to rectify this, particularly with current worldwide restrictions I felt that was only fair.
So....not even a reply!!! Very, very disappointing as a month of summer has now passes and no sign of my purchases.

Edited. Yes, I did reply to an email of yours on Saturday but that wasn’t the first one I had been sent. I was asked to rate you at least twice before. I didn’t like to give a negative review so I waited. There was no problem with the payment being taken from my account. That was taken at a touch of a button, at the weekend!!!
