"Order Never Arrived"

Order never arrived after a dispatch notice was issued. When I queried it nearly 2 weeks later, I was told it was an error on system & that my order had been cancelled. A refund was issued quickly to be fair - but I had to raise the query in the first place, surely the issue should have been spotted prior to that. It was supposed to be a Fathers Day present but shopped elsewhere instead.

Delighted with my Gumbies. Arrived in good time and good packing. Had a little trouble with the tracking number but Gumbies soon sorted that out for me. Really comfortable and for a good price. I will be buying more styles from their range.

Absolutely delighted with my gumbies slingbacks. So comfortable. There was a small issue with courier but that was immediately rectified by customer service when I emailed. I couldn't recommend this company enough I'll definitely be purchasing the flip flops next.
