"This company is a complete scam"

This company is a complete scam. Bought a knife set from them and got an error message saying ''there are no available payment options for your location, please contact us to make alternative arrangements'' but they took the money from my bank. No confirmation email for my order was sent, no reply from customer service either and when I registered for an account, I was not sent an email regarding that either. I have checked my spam folder too. The bank are now investigating them to recover the money. Also, their company logo has a web address on it but it does not match the URL.

Avoid at all costs.

Please be aware that although the number cannot be reached they are a legitimate business that deliver what they say.

Positives - Knives are outstanding, absolute craftmanship and look amazing, could not be happier.

Negatives - Communication through email is slow, and they need a method to contact customers.

Contact number cannot be reach. Email them four times no response.
Ordered for more than a week haven't receive order and no response.

Pointless website. Trying to block it from my search results. What is the point if a website with no prices in it. In 2022 it's pathetic.
