"Waste of time"

So I came across their website via Google and after reading some more I thought I'd give it a go and see if I can get an appointment through them as I've had no luck myself.
Now on their website it said visa appointment service £175 and visa application £75 which takes it to £250 but when I contacted them they first quoted me £495. When I pointed it out to them what it says on their website they told me yeah I'm correct it's £250 and it was some confusion.
So hesitantly I still went with them to apply for a visa for us and since then I've been ghosted. No replies to WhatsApp messages nothing. There's no number to call or anything. Only WhatsApp messages.
It's been more than a month and still no word from them. Avoid!!

I waited nearly a month and half for German visa appointment, total waste of time i would not recommend to anyone, poor communication poor service. They do not exist!

In no time they got my family and I another date, assisted in filling the application form and assisted in hotel reservations, etc. Very helpful all through. We were granted our visas.
