"Overall a trouble free experience with good quality knives"

It was a nice easy transaction with quick delivery. The knives are nicely packed and I have used them for a few weeks now and they are still razor sharp. Only thing stopping a five star review is an unanswered question post purchase regarding the edge angle of the knives purchased. This is so I can maintain them without creating a new edge, however I never received a reply.

after my review, JKC contacted me straight away, apologetic they did not see my request and had their shop staff email me the required info.

I have since changed my 4 stars to 5 stars, given that their customer response, for what could be a legitimate oversight, was first class.

Have bought a number of items from from JKC. Always very good product and good delivery. Also rate the customer service very highly - had a slightly damaged knife which they replaced immediately with no fuss. Highly recommend.
