i have bought 2 jackets from Barneys and i have a third on the way, their customer service is really good and their sizing (each jacket is individually sized), lovely jackets and a great company.

I now have 3 Barneys jackets and I love them all. I bought my first 4 years ago from ASOS and it's still in great condition even though it's heavily worn. I prefer to go direct now because they have more choice. I use the free shipping option and they usually come via tracked royal mail - thankfully not hermes!

I was looking for a leather jacket for a present and it had to be a specific colour, so I contacted the the team at Barney's prior to ordering to get assurance that the colour was correct. It was!! I had been searching other retailers, with no luck whatsoever! But the team at Barney's were fantastic. They even advised me of their free return facility if the size was incorrect. Unfortunately it was... but again the team at Barney's were on hand to sort it out. They keep in contact with you until any issues are resolved. Their customer service is 2nd to none. Their products are beautifully made and of the highest quality. The order arrived within the specified time and in great condition. I cannot praise the company and their wonderful team enough. It really was an absolute pleasure doing business with them and I would recommend that if you are considering buying from them, you should without further hesitation. Thank you very much Barney's. Fast shipping, low price for high quality of product. I chose the wrong size at the beginning. I sent the jacket back on Monday, on Thursday I got the money on my account.

"Looked good but poor quality"

Ordered a jacket at a good price but It lasted just over a year and that was with minimal use. Inside stitching went first, followed by the a tear on the seam on the outside and then the main zip broke. This all happened within the first year, apart from the zip which happened just after. I got in touch and because it was over a year they weren't interested. I was only using this on my motorbike which I just took out when it was nice on a weekend which in the uk isn't much. It looked great but in future I think I'll pay little more for better quality.
