Ordering and delivery were quick and unproblematic. The customer service was quick and polite.
But …
I ordered a selection of 5 different BEAVERTOWN beers (12 cans in total).
Since not all beers were available, the two missing types of beer were replaced with additional beers of the other types.
Unfortunately, they forgot to inform me of this fact, so I had to contact customer service first to get clarification.

Very unsatisfactory. I don't have to order an expensive selection if only the most common beers are delivered at the end.

However, the three varieties delivered were very tasty.

The excellent beer I had tried at Lidl was difficult to find as it was one of their middle isle deals. Finally tracked it down with you. Amazingly low priced! Package was incredibly well wrapped! Tracking the parcel was very easy, I was kept very well informed for its entire journey. I will definitely be using you again! So hard to track down good low alcohol beers - well done!

The beer according to the recipient was excellent however the choice of courier let everyone down by not delivering when and where it should have been.
