I've just migrated my sites to GNU-Host,
there was an issue with the Domain Registrar but it got solved quickly.
I can just speak for my experiences withing one week which is: The support is fantastic! Every issue got solved, Ross was very patient and for every question i had he had the right answer plus an alternative idea as the cherry in top. Can't complain about anything!

If there will occur some problems i will come back and update my review.

I very rarely post reviews. I do so only when the service is terribly bad or incredibly good.

In this case, I only have good things to say about GNU-Host. Performance-wise it has fulfilled all my expectations (been using it for about 1.5 years so far). The TTFB is usually great, between 20ms-80ms, and I get a good server response when loading my website resources.

But the reason I came here it's because the customer attention is on another level. Not only I get very fast replies, but my problems never remain unsolved after I get in touch with GNU. Also, most of the times are problems that are on my end or that are caused by my lack of knowledge on the field. However, GNU will anyways get to the bottom of the issue and make sure I have my issues solved.

It may not the cheapest host out there (even though it's far from being expensive). However, their offer is severely underpriced considering the high quality service I'm getting.

If things remain the same way there's no way I will ever consider a different host for my current projects and for the ones to come.

I have been searching for a host that can not only provide the fastest hosting I've ever tried, but also but built in DDos Protection, Free SSL Certificates, Free daily backups, white-labelling and amazing support.. and then I discovered Gnu Host, and I have never looked back. Ross and the team are absolutely excellent, always on hand to give rapid support to any queries you may have about hosting, domains, or anything technical. Super happy I've discovered these guys, I'll be recommending to everyone.

Performance-wise, GnuHost is OK.
Technical support is top-class, compared to any other experience I've had with any other hosting provider.
Really trying to understand the problem and find a solution.
I don't know how they manage, but with Gnu-Host you don't feel like "just a number," they actually seem to really care if your websites/services are working.
Never got "it's all fine on my end - fend for yourself" replies.
