your product broke in one day. I called customer service and they made it a huge hassle

The gun I purchased never ended up working. Half the time the pellets just roll out of the barrel. Very disappointed.

I purchased a G19X, green gas, 20g pellets, and an extra mag. My order was placed on Monday and I receives everything as requested by Wednesday. I made one call for some technical help as this was my first experience with airsoft. Tech support was component and polite. All components work as advertised. I have put approximately 7k to 10k through the pistol with no issues. Very, pleased. I recommend the G19X made by Umarex as sold by Elite Airsoft. Their service is great and the prices are competitive. One piece of advice, be prepared to purchase external O-rings for your magazine gas fill port if you use commercially available propane instead of green gas. The higher pressure blows the factory o-rings out upon fill nozzle removal.
