Airsoft but with service like Big gun Corporations. I had loss my order but didn't totally forget it.. It had been nearly 30 days since I had placed my order when I initially thought to call customer service. I waited until Saturday and realized I had until Monday to actually get in contact with someone in the Service Dept.
Long story made short.. I went through most of my emails to find my receipt and my customer account. When I noticed the links were invalid. I was so happy when I got ahold of someone over the phone. They made sure to send my order and their condolences. All went well! I recommend calling when you place an order. They'll put all your anxieties at ease.
