Joined a raid and it turns out they use ambiguous policies and rules and to keep your money and give you terrible items in raid.

I paid extra for guaranteed slots, my trader only needed the items from the raid that nobody needs aka the trash loot, and passed on all the BiS loot.

They manipulate the system and just claim "it's random, it's random" and will refuse a refund and give credit on their site instead.

I have screenshot proof of the raider's needing the trash to give to customers and passing on BiS items for group loot.
