Was an easy experience. Just not sure why I was picked up on Sunday after my flight, the van was full of customers, and the driver just dropped me off on the street outside the lot. I was only one to get off. Not sure who all the other people were!

"I waited for a shuttle for an hour"

I waited for a shuttle for an hour, I tried calling but customer service was closed with no information on how to contact the shuttle to let them know I was waiting. I emailed and I still have yet to receive a reply. My end time to pick up my vehicle was at noon, the shuttle came at noon....I am happy that I was not charged extra.

I have used this parking area since I moved to New York in January, I really like it so I understand due to this pandemic. Would like it to be easier to contact someone if shuttles are running only every hour.....I have plenty more trips to make this year.

The parking lot is very convenient, secure, and safe. I was picked up by the driver who was extremely knowledgeable and explained the procedures clearly when I came back. To my surprise I had the same driver pick me up and was greeted and treated very well. The price for parking was extremely reasonable so I would highly recommend this service for your next trip.

I had a great experience from beginning to end! Easy to find. Nice new lot. When we parked our car the shuttle driver pulled around to our vehicle to load our luggage rather than making us walk to the shuttle stop which was really nice bc it was freezing cold out. The driver was nice and friendly. The shuttle was very clean and new. We headed to the airport within a few minutes after picking up another customer. It is close to the airport. I stress about flying and everything went so smooth it was a great start. When we arrived at the shuttle pickup spot at the airport to return back to the car after our vacation, I was concerned it was almost midnight and thought we might have to wait in the cold for the shuttle but it came within 5 minutes. Was fantastic.

Parking was easy. Driver was super courteous and helpful. As a first time customer he gave us a rundown and showed us where to find the shuttle when we returned. Easy in/out!
