"Better than the rest"

This is the best car park experience I have ever had. Drivers were courteous and friendly, picked us up and dropped us off right at our vehicle. Will be the only car park I use from now on.

This was the first time I have flown from EWR and used long term parking. Airpark is an excellent and fairly priced lot that I would 100% use again anytime I need. Dropping off my car was smooth; I scanned my reservation code at the gate, the shuttle came over to my parking spot to pick me up, and the driver was very friendly and informative, describing both drop off at airport and pick up procedures. Upon returning all I had to do was hop on the shuttle where I was told, tell the driver which row I was parked in, and he drove me straight to my car. I recommend this lot to ANYONE looking for long term parking for the airport - the drive to the airport was only maybe 5-10min max, there is no valet, and the lot is patrolled full time by police.

Super service. The lot is extremely clean and feels very secure and was well lit (although the sun was coming up when I drove in). Self-Parking but the shuttle drives around picking people up from the cars, the driver loads your luggage and leaves on schedule every 15 minutes. The shuttle bus driver was pleasant and professional, he gave me a card with directions for pickup from the terminals printed and he hand wrote my parking space location on it. Returning, the shuttle arrived just a few minutes after I did (it picks up on the same 15 minute interval?), driver loaded the bags, same professional courteous service, dropped me off right at my car and unloaded the bags from the shuttle. Scanned email receipt for easy in and out. I'm not sure about driving in or out really late at night, it's in and old industrial area that looks mostly boarded up, the street looks like it could be a bit desolate during really early or late hours and the signage for the lot is set back - I missed the driveway on the way in and had to u-turn.

All went as planned. Timing was near perfect. I had been using Vista Parking for years but their service had deteriorated drastically. I was very pleased with Airpark. Buses were clean, and drivers were professional and friendly.
