"Good Service"

When booking I was mislead by the price advertised on the web site. Base rate does not mean anything to the public. I saw a price as a transfer but it wasn't correct. Needs to be more transparent. Driver was nice and pleasant. Communication was good. I didn't like that the S Class driver used a satnav to go to LHR. If it was needed it should be prepared before the passenger getts into the car. However the route was very straight forward and I do not believe the satnav was required for my journey.
