Great communication, always very engaging and friendly staff. Super straightforward process from finding the best financial package, being kept-up-to-date on the forever moving delivery date from Tesla, (no fault of WeVee), to post-delivery help getting documents for the congestion/ULED registration with TFL.
Also questions on how to get insurance, as the car license plate doesn't actually get registered until very close to the pick-up day, was all reassuringly answered quickly.
Pick-up was flawless as well, made aware that I had to watch the introduction videos, as it's self service, no fuss delivery from Tesla, similar to picking up a car rental. Map of the location and best way to get to the assigned deployment centre was also sent to me, which was very useful.
Great price and I've compared them all, would definitely and have already recommended.
Will always lease from now on, I've just sold my car and pocketed the residual value/cash.
Final confusing note regarding EV with TFL. ULED zone no need to register, the cameras automatically dismiss EV cars. However for the Congestion Charge, it's £10 registration per year and you need to upload proof the car is EV that can be provided by WeVee (I got this within minutes of asking). TFL don't make it easy with the bureaucracy, it took a couple of days to be accepted by TFL, so beware of driving into the Congestion Zone.

"Was wrong told I would get a pre-config…"
I was promised by WeVee salesman that he could get me a preconfigured car available in a few months time. Turned out this pre-configured car was no longer available and he instead he just made an order for the exact same car with a 8 month lead time. I didn’t get to chose colour or packs etc, since the whole offer was based on a pre config. I wasn’t actually told any of this and instead only found out when the car manufacturer reached out with estimated delivery time.
I tried to have this addressed but responses to mails were few and far between, often with the salesman saying “he decided to have a long weekend” or “decided to have extra holidays” with no one else picking up mails. In short, he couldn’t care less as the sale was in.
As a business customer with a large fleet, I will not expect to re-use WeVee.

I had a problem with my car where I cracked my windscreen and had a broken light. I sent lots of emails and found it impossible to get a response. when I did finally get through I didnt think I got the help and kept being pushed in the direction of the car compnay that were saying that it wasnt them that sort it and it was the lease compnay I need to speak with. This went on for Months. I really needed someone that actually wanted to help and wasnt just passing me on to someone else to sort the issue. I found it very frustrating and actually emailed saying I wished to give notice on my car. My sales director had to get in contact and threaten to pull the whole company contract due to the lack of service. Everyone we had originally dealt with had left WeeVee and it didnt seem like anyone else had picked up the service with the company so it was difficult to get a decent response.

Great experience, very good communication. Car took a while to arrive but that was nothing to do with WeVee, the global chip shortage was the culprit causing manufacturing delays. Will definatley use WeVee again to source my next EV.
