"The service from the staff - great"
The service from the staff - Richard. We was driving from Big Motoring World, and saw this dealership and popped in literally on the off chance. And found the perfect vehicle for myself at a reasonable price (price and service better than where I just came from). Very pleased, I would recommend anyone who is looking a vehicle to pop in.....I will definitely be going back if/when I need a new car.

"Dishonest and appalling customer service "
Absolutely appalling customer service. I was lied to by both of the individuals I came into contact with (Nicola and Darrell). I then wrote a formal complaint to the managing director (Marcus) and was completely ignored, not even an acknowledgement let alone an apology.
Having bought two cars from them and used them for years for servicing and MOT I am absolutely disgusted with the way they treated me and will not be returning.
My car went in to investigate an intermittent fault. The car (Outlander PHEV) was not charging properly and had gone into limp mode (wouldn't rev) so I had to be rescued by the AA. I also had Mitsubishi assist come to check out my vehicle at home. Assist managed to get the car working again (driveable) if I had it in save charge mode only, after doing a battery reset.
When I checked the car in with Nicola she had it noted down that the car had been in limp mode, but not about the charging issue. So I got her to add that to the booking in sheet.
The first thing that I heard from them a few hours later was a report saying my rear break pads were low, the back off side tyre needed changing and the front shock absorbers needed work.... this would cost me in excess of £500. There was absolutely nothing about what I had actually brought the vehicle in for. I called to ask why these things had been looked at and what was going on with my actual concerns? I clearly am not going to spend £500 on a car that I might need to end up replacing if it has a serious fault. I was told the mechanic looking at my car had gone on a break and they'd get back to me.
Some time later, I then heard back that they had not found anything wrong and I could come and get the car.... obviously when there is an intermittent fault you can't always find it. But I was already a bit annoyed that they were at first presenting me with £500 of work I hadn't even asked them to look at.
Nicola (the receptionist) then proceeded to diagnose the problem herself while on the phone to me. I asked about the charging issue. She said well it is charging fine on our charger so it must be a problem with your charging cable. She said I could come and collect the car.
I then asked my husband to call back and just ask if they'd actually tested my cable, which was in the boot.. (I was giving my kid lunch at the time). Nicola was really rude and he had to push hard to get them to actually test my cable. She just kept insisting that it was my cable at fault. Eventually she passed my husband over to Darrell, who confirmed that they hadn't tested my cable (and therefore couldn't know if it was at fault). He went off and tested it and came back half an hour later to say that my cable was in fact working fine and currently charging the car. That I could come and collect my car as they couldn't find a fault.
So imagine my surprise then when I turn up to collect my car and am presented with an invoice for £132 (by Nicola ) that states 1) customer was advised to leave the car here for a few days to investigate the issue ..... um no, at no point was this suggested
2) Followed procedure and found fault with the customers charge cable, replacement charge cable is required .... um no again, you've just tested my cable and said it works, I have not been advised to get another... When I queried these with Nicola she again deferred to Darrell who came out and confirmed that my cable was working, and then lied to me about having told my husband I should leave the car there for a few days so that they could "fully investigate the issue" .... clearly I talk to my husband, and he actually had the phone on speaker so I was listening in on the call...
Having only interacted with two staff members, having had both of them lie to me, and then a managing director who has totally ignored a complaint from a customer I would be very concerned about the culture at this business.
Stay well away.

"This is the 2nd vehicle I have…"
This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from H&P, I cannot recommend them enough. Richard was brilliant, very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. Quickly processed additional requirements. Sorted finance with no drama. I will continue to use H&P in the future as their staff are always helpful and polite. Thank you again
Steve.
"Richard S @ Humphries & Parks was very…"
Richard S @ Humphries & Parks was very helpful throughout the purchase process, answered all the questions I had, was courteous and friendly and ensured that the preparation to the car was done correctly, it was spotless on collection. He gave me a full briefing of the vehicle and a good explanation of the “modes” as it’s our first PHEV. Talked me through connecting my phone. Non pushy sales experience for me, and I’m happy that I travelled the extra distance to deal with H&P.
Any garage can have a car, but going to experts in the marque, and having the peace of mind of the level of attention to detail, full preparation and the delivery of those expectations with personal service, puts them head and shoulders above other dealers I visited.
The drive home was great.

"Traditional values no hard sell"
We travelled some 50 miles to visit Humphries & Parks. We received a warm welcome from Richard and a comprehensive test drive. There was no hard sell at any stage and the result was the purchase of our Outlander. Richard again excelled on collection day with a full hand over. The car had been presented to a very high, looking like new standard. The added complimentary extras of local apple juice , breakdown cover and service vouchers were a bonus.

"Purchase of pre-owned Suzuki car."
Salesman Richard was helpful and guided us through the purchase/trade-in process.
Obviously we don't yet know how good the servicing aspect will be. But I'm reasonably confident.
