"Scammers or out of business??"

I sent this company my phone in December 2024. In January I received an apology to say that they were dealing with high demand. It's now 18th March and I've received no further update. They haven't responded to my emails and the phone number on their website doesn't work. They now leave me no choice but to go to trading standards. Avoid this company.

Update.
A day after posting this review I was finally contacted by Fonepal. They apologised and offered an extra 10% on my phone value, which I accepted and has now been paid. I do think they need to improve the speed of contact to customers though. Not hearing anything for weeks and not answering the phone is not best practice. However, all is sorted now. Thank you.

Received confirmation they had received my mobile phone on 24 January but heard nothing since. Tried contacting them 6 times and still no response. Disappointing service.

Update: I received a response the day after posting this review, apparently delayed due to their email being hacked. Received an apology and reached a satisfactory resolution.

I sent my iPhone 13 Pro to FonePal on January 7, 2025, expecting prompt payment by today but I still haven’t received the money. I’ve tried calling multiple times, but the calls get cut off immediately. I also emailed them regarding the issue but have received no response.

This lack of communication is unacceptable, and I’m left wondering if I’ll ever get paid or if the company even is legit!

UPDATED REVIEW

FonePal responded to my query this morning and explained that delays were due to the Christmas and New Year period, as well as their transition to a new business address. They have assured me that they are working diligently to resolve all pending matters, including my order.

I appreciate their response and explanation, and I’m hopeful that everything will be resolved soon. I will update this review again once the matter has been fully resolved.
