Delivery was made in good time. However I think one of the sandals may have been a shop display as it wasn’t quite as ‘new looking’ as the other one.

For the first time in my life, I could not get my foot anywhere near a “size 38” pair of boots. They were tiny. I’m unsure whether they had the incorrect size printed on them or they were made in a country where the measurements are smaller. Very, very disappointed, as they were nice boots. BUYER BEWARE here- it cost me delivery and return postage to try on a product that should have fitted me. Sadly, I will avoid this company in the future, as I am not sure whether this was a ‘one-off’ or whether it has happened to other customers?

I purchased Birkenstock bostons and they came in two different colours very disappointing as I was going to take them on holiday had to send them back and then hadto email again about them they are sending another pair out so fingers crossed

You have not sent me a return label for the double order of my tennis shoes after several requests for the return label . I want to return 1 pair of tennis shoes.

I was very disappointed to receive dirty (the insides looked as it the had been worn) and stained shoes. One of the insoles looked like it had been recycled from a different shoe as there were faint letters still visible in the background.
I emailed the company asking for a replacement but changed my mind and decided to return those instead so I send the relevant email. Interestingly, I have not received any correspondence with apologies or explanation why I received damaged shoes. I had to track the returned parcel myself to check whether the company received it because there was no acknowledgement from their side. When I emailed asking for one, I received only a short answer informing that they take 3-5 working to process returns and refunds. No confirmation that they had received mine, no further explanation whatsoever.
Overall - very disappointing product quality and appalling customer service. I am very disappointed!
