Janine and the team are always super helpful and nothing is ever too much. If there is any step of the process that doesn’t make sense, your answer is always just one call away.
The fact the entire service, front to back, is also available in Welsh as well as English is a testament to their commitment to making their service as streamlined and accessible as they can make it. The user interface is simple yet effective and is very easy to navigate whilst trying to process applications.

"Excellent customer service"
We are fairly new to using Checks Direct for our DBS checks but so far we have been very impressed.
From the initial enquiry to setting up our account and using their service, Claire made the process really easy and she has quickly responded to any queries I’ve had.
The website is easy to navigate, the customer service has been excellent and our checks have been countersigned very quickly.
I would definitely recommend Checks Direct.

"We Love Checks Direct!"
I am writing on behalf of a healthcare Company based in London, and we currently have an long standing relationship with Checks Direct. We do anywhere between 5-20 Enhanced DBS checks on any week.
The reason for this review today is to praise their service! Every DBS check we submit has a counter-signature within the hour, and submitted to the DBS the next day.
We have several queries regarding DBS checks and these are always met with friendly, helpful and enthusiastic advise from the lovely folk down at Checks Direct.
The website is easy to navigate, and make the correction of errors as smooth as can be were an enhanced DBS check is concerned.
Not only are the helpful on the phone, but also incredibly pleasant to deal with. Sandra and Grace spring to mind but there are many more.

"Bombarded me with words"
Bombarded me with words. If I could have got in a few words, I could have saved us both a lot of time. I just needed to say "I need external verification for DBS Route 2, for one of my own DBS application forms.", but had a hard time getting that in. They only provide that service on the back of DBS applications done completely via them, as do many other organisations. But I think it is an efficient organisation overall.

"Rude assistant"
When made a comment about the fact that their clients guide should be made available on their website to be able to understand in advance their rather complicated process, the lady on the phone, whose name I would not disclose, refused to acknowledge my genuine feedback and she insulted me saying that I was being rude when in fact I was only explaining what issues I had with it. She refused to listen to and kept blaming me for having signed up with an organisation already registered and hence I was the one being wrong!

Fantastic Service as always. Janine and Claire are both amazing and have patience so much patience. Fabulous help today( and i needed lots) nothing was to much trouble for either off them. Answered all my emails and calls very quickly and professionally I would have been lost with out them. Thank you ladies for an outstanding service yet again. See you in 3 years !!!!
