Kate Williams was extremely responsive & helpful with the process of getting our DBS and credit checks completed. There were a few systemic issues which she quickly got on top of to keep us on track.

I detect there is some ongoing behind the scenes development work being done but Kate was quick to help ensure our checks weren't delayed.

Our checks were completed very promptly and we now have our certicates & business receipts. Very pleased with the service overall and I would hesitate to recommend onlinedbs! Oh, did I mention their fees are very reasonable?!
