I changed energy provider some time ago and I haven’t had any reason to regret so far (and hopefully never). Swift change over as they handled everything and much lower prices!

We only had to phone once about are gas mater coz the batterys ran out, and when we spoke to them they were really friendly and got someone out the same day within 3hrs of calling, so Happy we changed

I was cautious of switching to Omni with it having no reviews on Energy Saving Expert but I am glad I did. The customer service is excellent, its a speaking to the owner personable type customer service. Not a call centre. Their prices are excellent, especially being on a pre pay meter which usually gets a hard deal when it comes to tariffs. I can highly recommend this company.
