Website is great and options are endless. Everything is arranged neatly which makes it very easy and quick to find your favorite ride. I just purchased a go kart last night and am waiting on delivery. Once I receive my ride, I will submit an updated review. They have so many options to choose from and the price are the best out there. I love free shipping, which they also offer. They also instantly sent me my order # along with an email for my account setup, easily done.

"Poor costumer service"

This is to let anyone who is interested in buying from TX Power Sports DONT DO IT. Customer Service SUX. I bought 2 dirt bikes off them, all was good, sales was on top of it, shipping was good, they came in very well packed. NOW here is the problem. After I put them together 1 of them doesn't shift correctly and the carburetor leaks all over the place. The problem is NOONE WILL CALL ME BACK. I have texted, emailed, and called 8 times and this company won't even call me back. CRAP CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would urge you all to stay away from them. unless you don't care about stuff like customer service. Bikes ok C.S. Sux

"Disorganized Organization "

Originally, my experience with TxPowerSports was excellent. They were very attentive and answered all my questions. The sales person was informative on the process of ordering online for the individual customer. However, they made several promises that ultimately were not supported by the service department.
First, the order was placed on May 28 and it was not shipped until June 7. (Nine business days to assemble?). It took 4 days to arrive. I Live in Kenner, Louisiana and TxPowerSports is in Arlington, Texas. (I can ride an Ice Bear Trifecta 150cc Trike to Arlington from New Orleans in 12 hours.)
Second, MCO/TITLE PROCESSING PRIORITY ($39.99 extra). It was not and I did not receive my title until three days after I received shipment of the order.
Third, when I contacted the service department, they informed me that I needed to send them the VIN off the Ice Bear Trifecta 150cc Trike to them so they could process the title.
Fourth, when I asked them why they could not have gotten the VIN off the cycle when they were putting it together, they said that they had to ship it first before they could start the process.
Fifth, when I informed them of how ridiculous that sounded, they changed their story and said they would send it to me right away.
Sixth, instead of sending it as overnight post they sent it 2nd day delivery.
Seventh, they sent me a text asking me to give them a good review on Google and to take a screenshot of it and email it to them and that for doing that they would give me a $10.00 refund on my order.
Eighth, I did and they then replied with an email stating that I needed to give them another good review on ‘Trusted Site’ in order for them to approve the $10.00 cash-back.
Ninth, I complied again and I have not seen the “cash-back” yet.
Tenth, I had the ‘Trike’ looked over by a local ‘Scooter’ dealer and he had to tighten serval bolts and adjust the drive chain. In addition, the throttle had too much play and needed adjustment and the break handles needed adjusting for comfort of use. A very bad assembly job.
One more thing, they claimed on the website that my purchase came with a Parts warranty that was FREE for 3 MONTHS and an Engine warranty of 1 YEAR that was free also. However, they offered that I could upgrade to a parts warranty of 6-month or 1 year for $159 or $199 respectively, and for the engine, I could also purchase an 18-month warranty for $249. I only took the free versions of the warranties, but when I received the Bill of Sale that came with my purchase, it stated that my purchase came with “No Warranties” and that my purchase was sold to me “As Is”.

In closing, I like my Trike and would recommend it to anybody looking for some cheap transportation or thrills, just do not buy it from TxPowerSports.
