I was skeptical about purchasing a vehicle from a company that I came across on Facebook. But after checking it out I pulled the trigger and purchased a 4 wheeler. Let me just say I'm over the top with how quickly I received the unit. Also being a hands on kinda guy I went with the option of putting the unit together myself. No problem with the assembly it took about ten minutes and done. My 7 year old loves it and my 4 year old now wants one. Another year and I'll definitely be purchasing another unit from this business.....Hands down a great company to do business with

I ordered a Hawk Dlx 250 and it arrived 10 days later, and was put right in my garage by the driver. The same day via FedEx the Mso and Bill of sale arrived as well. By ordering from Texas Powersports I saved about 500 dollars over Amazon's price. I have about 100 miles on the bike and I love it. Best vehicle purchase I could have done! Thanks TX Powersports! Easy peasy to order and receive (Hawk x 250). Smooth sailing, bike went from order in Texas to delivery in Phoenix in one week, including their assembly. Bonus, enough pallat and wood left over to build a house.

"A Good Experience from TX Power Sports"

I made a purchase from TX Power Sports, and was well satisfied with the Company response time. I ordered the Vitacci Ranger 250 and it arrived in less than a week. After assembly, I took it for a test drive. The speedometer was not calibrated and one headlight bulb was burned out. I called the company and they are immediately said they would send out a new headlamp bulb. I researched the speedometer calibration on google and there are many ways to recalibrate a digital speedometer. The company stated that would have to contact Vitacci to find out which method I need to use with this speedometer. My review would be five stars for TX Power Sports as far as communicating, ordering, support, etc. But less for Vitacci as there in no information online for support about calibration or headlamp replacement issues, or how to connect a phone to the built in speakers.

I had a problem ordering a scooter through Amazon. So I went online and found Txpowersports out of Texas. They were Great! I even got a Tao Tao scooter in yellow. I would recommend this company to all my family and friends. Excellent customer service!

"Company has gone DOWN HILL-- stay away!"

While looking at ATVs with my son on my phone he placed the order without my permission. I have contacted this company multiple times including via chat, email, & phone and requested to cancel the order.

After not getting any reply or email confirmation-- I told them I would just keep the order.

Then I get a text message a week later saying they didn't have the color of ATV ordered and it would be an additional 3 days to ship out.

Once again I have requested for them to cancel the order...then I get a rude message back in email saying "Not sure how your son can place an order..."

I have purchased from these guys before but after this experience I will NEVER buy from them again. They definitely do not care about their customers! Even those that have bought from them multiple times!
