Absolutely the worst customer experience riddled with false information They are withholding the title of my car that I paid off, provided me with a process to get the title that is 100% incorrect and then refused to follow procedures DMV requested to release the lien. I WOULD NEVER DO BUISINESS WITH SUCH AN UNETHICAL BANK.
